Mortgage Loan Originator in the following areas in Kentucky: Bowling Green, Elizabethtown, Lexington, Louisville, and Paducah The Mortgage Loan Originator will be responsible for assessing and processing mortgage loan applications, providing customers with mortgage options, and demonstrating a thorough knowledge of mortgage products and guidelines. Daily tasks include meeting with potential borrowers to understand their needs, reviewing financial information, conducting credit checks, ensuring compliance with underwriting criteria, and assisting clients throughout the entire lending process. The role also involves collaborating with underwriters and other financial professionals to secure loans that meet the clients' needs while adhering to all regulatory requirements.
